Halo Angels Children's Services is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Our most recent IRS Form 990 and annual report are available upon request.
Child Protection Policy
HACS maintains comprehensive child protection policies aligned with Michigan child welfare law and MDHHS standards. Every staff member and volunteer undergoes background screening, and our programs operate under strict safety and supervision protocols.
Mandated Reporting: Our staff are mandated reporters under Michigan law. To report suspected child abuse or neglect, contact the Michigan Centralized Intake hotline at 1-855-444-3911, available 24/7.
